Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Athletics Custodial Services Coordinator, this position is responsible for directly supervising Custodians, LTEs and student employees who are tasked with providing custodial services to all Intercollegiate Athletics facilities; providing quality customer service to staff, students and patrons; working collaboratively with the supervisor and co-workers whom may have varying levels of communicating, speaking and writing / reading in English; managing resources, scheduling and training custodial staff, using good judgment, critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate in multiple languages. This position is a working supervisor who completes daily cleaning activities as well as for athletic related events. This position requires a varied work schedule, as dictated by events, which will include evening, weekend, and holiday work.
