The main responsibility of this position is to mix and feed total mixed rations (TMR) for all cattle on the station. This position works with other team members to accurately deliver a high quality ration. Must also be detail oriented to ensure proper mixing and delivery of research rations to various size groups. Be computer literate to be able to operate feed management software (Feed Watch) and send and receive information with researchers and other feeders. This is an objective level position that uses the employees experience to complete the necessary tasks with general supervision.
To be successful in this position you must also exhibit a positive working attitude, communicate well and develop a good working relationship with co-workers and supervisors and show initiative to see what needs to be done and to get it done.

AM Shift 3:30 AM to 2:00 PM, 40 hours per week with alternating weekends and holidays
