Price Contract Coordinator Senior

Job description

The Price Contract Coordinator Senior role is to effectively serve the needs of the University community and provide customer service. This position performs basic purchasing functions up to $40,000.00 per transaction. This person is the Central Purchasing Office Receptionist and first contact by phone and in person.

Physical Requirements

Sitting for periods of time working at computer.


Monday - Friday; 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.


Customer service skills; communications skills, written and oral; general office experience; and computer skills, Office Suite (Word and Excel).

Preferred Education/Experience

AA plus two years of related purchasing and/or customer service experience. SAP knowledge is preferred.
