Minimum $55,000 ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
-Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience managing complex, high impact, cross-campus projects
-Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
-Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
-Experience on collaborative cross-functional teams and cross campus teams
-Critical thinking and problem solving
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience working at UW-Madison Student Information System (SIS) preferred;
-Extensive knowledge of existing UW-Madison broader student digital ecosystem preferred;
existing relationship with critical stakeholders including the Vice provost for Enrollment Management, Registrars Office and campus constituents preferred.
License or certificate:
The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, and implementation, execution, control, and completion of large-scale, high-impact, cross-campus digital ecosystem IT projects. Projects will include, but are not limited to, Precollege Student Information System (SIS), automated digital marketing, and customer relationship management systems. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from the division of Continuing Studies, Division of Enrollment Management, external implementation partners, vendors, and program directors to manage campus projects that align the lifelong learner lifecycle.
