Posting Summary:
The Curry School of Education seeks a Marketing Manager to oversee brand marketing, messaging and outreach to target audiences. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing communications tailored to programs and audiences for student recruitment. The Manager will help drive awareness, leads and enrollments through a wide variety of traditional and digital channels including email, paid advertising, paid search, website and landing page optimizations. The Manager works closely with the Director of Communications and Marketing, Curry staff and faculty to develop student recruitment plans, launch multi-channel marketing campaigns, and track/report on performance data.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required. At least three years of experience in digital marketing and knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics is required. Working knowledge of marketing channels including print, online, electronic, email, and social media is essential. The ability to analyze multiple data sets, track key performance indicators and make decisions aiding in positive return on investment (ROI) is required. Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal and communication skills are essential. The ability to collaborate and contribute creative ideas in a team setting is required. Knowledge of Mail Chimp, Drupal, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms and advertising including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn is preferred.
