Job Summary/Basic Function:
Department of Teacher Education and Administration seeks a senior lecturer of science education to work with undergraduate programs. This appointment begins Fall 2018 and is a non-tenure appointment. This position will include teaching assignments in partner school districts and at UNT's New College at Frisco.

Qualified candidates will have a master's degree or doctoral degree with a minimum of eighteen graduate semesters hours in Science Education and/or a related field field. Also required are at least three years of teaching experience in grades EC-12.
Preference will be given to those who have (a) science teaching experience at the elementary and/or middle school level with linguistically and culturally diverse students and (b) taught teacher education courses at the college/university level.
