Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the supervision of the custodial operations at Lowell Center, a 137-guestroom hotel and conference center. This position will supervise and coordinate the hotel housekeeping, laundry and event setup operations. Ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests. This includes daily inspections of guest rooms, common and back of the house areas. In case of absence, this position will need to be able to carry out all administrative duties including, payroll, ordering supplies, evaluations and scheduling.
