The Florida Center for Reading Research. Located in Innovation Park at 2010 Levy Avenue.
Responsible for answering questions orally and in writing submitted by users of an educational Web-based data management system. Requires strong interpersonal, oral, writing, and problem-solving skills. Testing applications supported by the FCRR.
- High School Diploma and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite on PC and various Internet Browsers.
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

- Ability to multitask.
Start date contingent on the successful candidate's completion of the background check and on boarding process.
Anticipated Salary Range
This is an OPS/temporary Job.
Soft Money Funded Position
This position is time-limited based on soft money funding, with renewal contingent upon available funds and the needs of the University.
Operating hours of the Help Desk at the Florida Center for Reading Research are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. One (1) position is being hired - up to 35 hours per week.
Criminal Background Check
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
