Administrative Associate for Graduate Programs

Description:
We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Associate to provide assistance and support to all Directors of Graduate Programs within the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. It will be for a total of 20 hours weekly.

Campus Location:

Required Knowledge:
• B.A. degree with additional work experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, manage stressful situations, and handle confidential matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including good listening skills and the ability to manage students, faculty, and director requests.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Preferred/Desirable Knowledge:
• Experienced with Word, Excel (familiar with formulas and basic statistical functions), PowerPoint, Google apps (Mail, Calendar, Drive), Canvas, able to learn additional computer software (database programs, design software, learning management systems, calendar/scheduling programs, etc.).

Required Prior Work Experience:
Two or more years office/administrative experience, which may include supporting staff, office management, or customer service
