A postdoctoral position is available to work with Dr. Juan-Pablo Idrovo in collaboration with Dr. Elizabeth J. Kovacs in the Department of Surgery at the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus. The laboratory works on multi-organ system inflammatory responses and innate immunity in the context of tissue injury after trauma. Current focus of study is "Hepatic Response in Advance Age after Burn Injury".

The successful candidate must be a highly-motivated and career-oriented person with
Outstanding oral and written communication skills (English fluency) are also required. The ability to work independently and in collaboration is essential. Qualified applicants should have multiple first-author research papers published in peer-reviewed journals.
