Responsibilities

Substituting as a teacher for grades K-12 in the absence of the classroom teacher.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Two years post high school education and previous work experience as a substitute teacher.
Florida Teacher Certification or certification eligibility

Other Information

Must be able to provide 3 professional references

Anticipated Salary Range

Starting at $10.25 per hour, up to $13.50 per hour based on qualifications.
Paid Bi-Weekly

Criminal Background Check

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting, with the cost being the responsibility of the successful candidate.. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.Re-certification is required at 5 year intervals (at the employee's expense).
