Department Overview
The TCOM Office of Educational Programs is responsible for the activities of the Texas Osteopathic Postgraduate Training Institutions (TX OPTI) which provides academic sponsorship for TCOM's affiliated graduate medical education (GME) programs, oversees TCOM GME programs and GME contracts, serves as liaison between TCOM and its remote campus partners for undergraduate medical education (UME), oversees the activities of the TCOM Faculty Development Center, and supports TCOM students through its Career Development services. The office is led by Associate Dean, Lisa R. Nash, DO, FAAFP.

Position Details
The Educational Programs - TCOM Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Educational Program Manager to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

* The Educational Program Manager will manage educational offerings of the center to include learning management systems (i.e., Canvas).
* Design, implement and present/teach online curricula.
* Assist with development of educational activities for the center.
* Assist with trainee recruitment and training promotion.
* Work closely with the Director on program development and evaluation.
* Present seminars within the educational offerings of the Center.
These include:
* On-demand sessions requested by various residency programs and medical school departments.
* Presentations in the Graduate Certificate in Academic Medicine program.
* Consultation with trainees' one-on-one regarding curriculum design.

Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and four (4) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualification:

* Master's or higher preferred.
* Experience designing, implementing and presenting/teaching curricula online.
* Canvas experience, or other learning management system(s).
* Experience developing the presentation skills of others.
* Experience presenting scholarly work and collaboration at state and national levels strongly preferred.
* Microsoft Office experience.
