Job description

Duties: This position supports the assessment and evaluation of the VMD program, including outcome assessment to meet accreditation requirements; assessment of SOVM curriculum (and impact of curricular redesign); assisting faculty in design and implementation of assessment of learning; support and training for faculty who wish to engage in educational research.

Qualifications: Master's degree and 3-5 years' experience; PhD or equivalent is desirable in educational assessment, psychometrics, educational psychology, or related social science. Knowledge of and experience with both theory and practical applications of academic assessment planning and methods including experience in measurement and/or psychometrics. Experience in curriculum assessment and development. Experience in medical education desirable. Experience in faculty development desirable.
