Total Quality Improvement Director

Job description

Manages the implementation, administration, and measurement of total quality management (TQM) programs for the office of EVPFA. Works in collaboration with other team members in the office of the EVPFA. Audits, analyzes, and evaluates the impact of quality improvement practices, disseminates results, and develops best practices for TQM. Develops KPIs for specific projects and identifies process mapping.

Physical Requirements

Lifting, pushing or pulling of objects of up to 50 lbs, sitting for long periods of time, use of computer technology, performing repetitive motion tasks and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds and varied professional levels.


Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm pm. Occasional periods of overtime and weekend required.


Must be able to travel to sites on and off campus.
