About the Position

**This is a one-year full-time temporary position.**

Reporting to the Senior Director, University Personnel, and working under general supervision, the incumbent creates and modifies accessible forms and documents for posting on the University Personnel website, utilizing technology such as DocuSign when appropriate. The incumbent ensures consistency in formatting and timely completion and posting of forms and documents.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-Create and update forms ensuring consistent formats throughout the department.
-Collaborate with Senior Director, department webmaster, and department form & documentation committee on prioritization of updates.
-Convert existing forms to online forms using DocuSign or other online form software, as appropriate.
-Update existing documentation to ensure consistent formatting throughout the department.
-Ensure all forms and documents are Section 508 compliant.
-Develop and implement form and documentation tracking system to track updates.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, educational technology, communications, or related fields, or similar certified coursework in applicable fields of study.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience creating complex forms
-Experience using form and document templates
-Experience creating forms using MS Word, Adobe and/or DocuSign
-Experience with Section 508 compliance and accessibility tools

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

-Strong knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign.
-Strong knowledge of form and document templates.
-Knowledge of accessibility tools and policies, include Section 508 compliance.
-Strong written and oral communication skills, including correct English grammar, spelling and punctuation.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Strong proofreading skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive communications.
-Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization or information exists.
-Ability to think creatively and make independent decisions.
