EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, Enrollment, Undergraduate Admissions
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support and manages special projects for the Associate Vice President for Enrollment & Dean of Admissions, the Director of Admissions, the Program Director for the College Advising Corps, and other members of the senior staff. The Executive Assistant also develops plans for complex recruitment travel in the U.S. and abroad, schedules meetings and maintains calendars, produces reports and statistics in support of the admissions recruitment and enrollment processes, responds to written communication and telephone inquiries, monitors and tracks departmental accounts and expenses for BU Admissions and assists with the quarterly budget process, and prepares PowerPoint presentations. The Executive Assistant also serves as a resource to guidance counselors, teachers, and parents regarding the intricacies of the college admissions process and coordinates and assigns administrative tasks to other staff and ensures appropriate staffing coverage and day-to-day functioning of BU Admissions.
B.A./B.S preferred. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and high level organizational skills. Must also be proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, database tools, calendar management (Outlook), travel management, and budgetary functions.
