JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Director of Student and Residence Life provides leadership, direction and support to the Office of Student Activities and the Office of Residence Life. The Director oversees the areas of student clubs and organizations, extra and co-curricular programs on campus for both residential and commuter students, fostering a positive social and educational environment on campus and in the residence halls and provides operational oversight to both offices. The Director works collaboratively with other offices to ensure a positive and developmental experience for all students to enhance the college experience, increase student success, and to aid in the College's recruitment and retention of new, transfer and returning students through an effective student life program. 



QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree and five years of related experience or a Master’s Degree and three years of related experience.  Ability to possess a valid New York State driver’s license and van driver’s certification within 90 days preferred.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience in student affairs.


EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE:  $75,610-$94,512 - Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
