This individual provides administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Finance & Controller; as well as, serve as ‘gatekeeper’ for the Senior Vice President for Business and Finance. This position creates the visitor’s first impression of this office and it is important that the initial impression is a positive one. Visitors to the office include community leaders, corporate executives, USG Executives and various faculty and staff
Minimum qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 2-4 years administrative or secretarial experience Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Knowledge of accepted business practices and work with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills Maintenance of confidentiality is critical.
Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in a business related field.
Experience: Similar experience at Executive level with strong customer service background in a college or university.
Detailed knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
Salary $14.48/hrly Minimum - $17.85/hrly Midpoint Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Standard office environment
