Position Description: Assists Director with fiscal accountability through necessary checks and balances of the fiscal operation; reconciles daily sales reports; provides leadership and supervision to student and part-time staff; leads interviewing and hiring process for student employees; maintains the UNItix website and internet eVenue site; and assists the Director, Assistant Directors and Student Supervisors with the management of the daily operation and events.
This position is eligible for overtime.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Sports Administration required.
Required Qualification: At least two years of full-time ticketing experience with supervisory component and at least one year of banking/cash handling experience required. Student experience will be considered.
Desirable Qualifications: Experience or course work in digital or graphic design; experience supervising and training employees; and Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
