Job description

The College of Medicine Dean's Office is currently seeking a position to provide high-level support for various Faculty Affairs tasks. This position will report to the Chief of Staff and will have frequent interaction with faculty and staff. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing search processes for department chairs, center directors, and other high level positions; supporting the College's Faculty Council; managing and implementing various faculty processes (i.e. college committee nomination solicitation annually, various elections processes, etc.); and working with the Dean to support the Conflict of Interest committee.

Must have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and high level of professionalism and customer service. Must also have strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
