General Summary: The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Part Time Staff Associate. This is a part-time position to offer administrative support to the University of North Georgia Press's Director, Managing Editor, and Assistant Managing Editor. The main elements of this position would be to answer email and telephone calls; general office management; and providing administrative support for book sales and contracts.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: The Staff Associate will:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff
- Providing administration support for sales, contracts, etc
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Communication skills, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel a bonus
Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Three years of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
