Summary of Duties:
Represent the Vancouver Office of Student Financial Services by interpreting and communicating complex financial aid, waiver and scholarship information to prospective and current undergraduate and graduate students and their families.

Provide individual counsel and advice to students and/or parents related to applying for, receiving and utilizing financial aid and scholarships. Develop and present informational financial aid sessions for various recruitment and outreach efforts.

This position requires a thorough knowledge of federal financial aid policies related to Title IV as well as University policies and procedures and a solid understanding of campus resources.

Required Qualifications:
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a yearforyear basis.
