Educational and Experience Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in related field. Strength in research methodology and familiarity with current research issues in the related field of study would be helpful. Three years of experience in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
Nature & Purpose of Position
Assists the Project Director in the development of projects. Assists in the investigations, analysis, and interpretation of the project’s research information and other related work.
Coordinates the training initiatives associated with the project. Performs
and supervises trainings in various related fields. Analyzes information accurately and adopts an effective course of action. Interacts successfully with other university departments, personnel, other agencies, and project contractors. Analyzes and solves complex technical problems. Assumes independent responsibility for decisions and actions. Effectively directs the work of a project committee. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws. Ability to supervise business functions. Knowledge and skills in applying the principles and practices of basic and applied data management and analysis. Knowledge on the interrelationships of the related field of study. Knowledge
and skills in operations management principles and practices.
This position requires travel according to the department needs.
