Perform departmental administrative functions which consist primarily of scheduling the College's fleet of vehicles in accordance with College policy, maintain records associated with vehicle usage and driver eligibility, conduct required driver safety training, and provide support to the Facilities Department by assisting and directing inquires to the appropriate individual(s).

Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week primarily between the hours of 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays during peak hours and as necessary to provide driver safety training.Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Also required: Familiarity with computers and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; capable of organizing multiple projects and basic problem solving skills; excellent communication skills including the ability to relate well with many constituencies under frequently stressful situations; ability to present information in classroom and on the road settings; ability to cope with numerous interruptions; ability to interpret and apply existing policies; ability to handle and safeguard confidential information. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and assist all campus constituents with a variety of requests required.

Required: Minimum of two years of related experience in scheduling and/or training including administrative work. Also required: Valid driver's license.
