- Master's Degree in Statistics, Analytics, Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field
- 36 months of experience in Assessment in higher education
Candidates will be evaluated on the following factors:
- Knowledge of assessment methods and instructional delivery activities in a university setting
- Expertise in designing and implementing data assessment processes and systems to support educator preparation
- Knowledge of student record databases
- Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis techniques
- Expertise in data collection and data management
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL and other relational databases
- Demonstrated proficiency with various software applications related to surveys and statistical analysis
- Expertise in SAS programming and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Cognos or SAP Business Intelligence tools
