UNT Health Science Center (UNTHSC) is a nationally recognized graduate academic medical center with a commitment to primary care. Position Details
The Office of Strategy and Performance at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire an Assistant Director of Organizational Engagement to join our team.

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

* Manage the Health Science Center's efforts to establish a high-performance, values-based culture centered on employee engagement, development, and recognition.
* Provide vision and oversight for our campus-wide recognition program, Valubility, as well as employee engagement initiatives, including Best Place for All.
* Manage campus-wide employee engagement, recognition, and campus culture programs and initiatives
* Conduct stakeholder needs assessments to identify areas for continuous program improvement
* Design innovative solutions aligned with best practice to increase employee engagement and recognition
* Lead cross-functional teams to implement programs and initiatives
* Collaborate with program executive sponsors to align programs with strategic direction of the institution
* Partner with communication/marketing team to promote and market the launch of new initiatives and programs
* Track and report key metrics for employee engagement programs to identify progress towards institutional goals

Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:
