Business Process Analyst (Programmer Analyst)

Job description

Responsible for implementing and supporting computerized business solutions, such as reporting, dashboards and interfaces for CRM & ERP solutions, to meet the administrative needs of the College. Facilitates and assists functional users; analyzing requirements for changes to business processes and information systems that align with admission and retention goals.  Maintains current application and system software documentation and assists in developing and maintaining end-user documentation. Assists in installing new revisions of system and application software. Serves as technical liaison to functional users college wide.  

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree in related field plus three years of full-time programming/business process analyst experience within an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) environment required. Analysis experience in an educational environment a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience including part time considered. Preference will be given to those applicants with Ellucian Colleague Studio Application Development, Unidata Unibasic program development, .NET, Java, or CSS or C++ experience. Experience working within Financial Aid, Finance or Records within an Educational environment a plus. Hiring process includes a background check. Position is contingent upon MCC Board of Governors approval. NOTE: College degrees obtained outside the U.S. accepted only when interpreted by transcript service members of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
