Degree and Area of Specialization:

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO); certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Rheumatology



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Completed accredited Rheumatology fellowship training.

Received formal training in clinical investigation and research. Formal experience in teaching, both didactic and in the clinical setting, of Rheumatology to learners enrolled in a Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or American Osteopathic Association Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (AOACOCA) accredited medical school and/or Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited program.

Candidates for Associate/Full Professor (CHS) must meet criteria for rank per UW-Madison guidelines.



License or certificate:

Eligible for Wisconsin medical license.



Position Summary:

This Rheumatologist will be expected to engage in active collaborative research. Will provide clinical patient care at UW Health approved locations including clinical teaching of medical students, residents and fellows.
