Advertised Job Summary: Under general supervision, reporting to the Executive Director of Talent and Administrative Services, the Talent and Development Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining an employee onboarding program and serves as the secondary talent concierge for all new and prospective employees visiting campus. Assists in managing the hiring process through PeopleAdmin for new and existing employees. Works with hiring managers to identify and coordinate onboarding needs and a modified calendar to ensure appropriate tools are provided for a quick start. Provides administrative support for business travel, trip itineraries, and reimbursements for the Executive Director of Talent and Administrative Services, SrAVP of Development, and the two AVPs of Development. Assists in the management of University Associates' membership files, annual dues, and luncheon fees. Support operations for the four luncheon meetings and annual board meeting, including payment of vendors.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency. Some travel on the Columbia campus is required. Must have a valid driver's license.
