The Administrative Services Assistant will be responsible for managing employee files and data, such as mandatory education, web based trainings, licensure, certifications, etc. This position will also track quality and safety initiatives, NPSGs and infection rates. Other duties include: coordinating and monitoring aspects of nursing services, managing information pertinent to specific committees defined by nursing leaders, providing lead administrative support to one of the Peri Operative Directors and UK HealthCare Magnet Program.

Physical Requirements

This position requires sitting, standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time. Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs may be required.



Shift

Primarily Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with occasional evenings per department needs.



Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Kronos.

Associate's Degree and 4+ years of administrative experience within a healthcare setting preferred.
