Data Specialist Manager
Position Summary: Under the direction of the Senior Associate Registrar, the Data Specialist Manager will hire, train, and manage a team of data entry/validation staff for the student record IMS to Banner clean-up project. The manager will assist with conversion and student record issues in order to process daily transcripts.
Responsibilities: Manage team to correct and validate records * Supervise data entry and validation team of 3-4. * Coordinate massive post-conversion data entry project. * Delegate and adjust assignments as necessary. * Monitor audit reports to ensure data integrity. * Establish measures for success to reach conversion goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's and 6 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
