The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus ranks among the top institutions nationally in clinical care, education and research. Its 230-acre campus, designed to enhance collaboration and interprofessional education, hosts the College of Nursing; the Schools of Dental Medicine, Medicine, Pharmacy, and Public Health; the Graduate School; a Health Sciences Library; and two hospitals. Strategically located contiguous to the campus are a biosciences research park and the soon-to-be-completed Veterans Hospital. CU Anschutz offers two undergraduate degrees, 35 graduate degrees, and five first-professional programs. The Department of Otolaryngology is seeking a board eligible or board certified otolaryngologist to join the full time faculty in July 2019. Responsibilities include primarily clinical service, with some teaching and/or research. The primary location for this position will be the new University of Colorado Health Highlands Ranch Hospital site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful department in developing a new site of practice while expanding delivery of services into the greater Denver community.

The Department of Otolaryngology's mission is to provide outstanding, cutting-edge clinical care, research, and state-of-the art training. The Department is affiliated with five hospitals; University of Colorado Health, Children's Hospital Colorado, the Veteran's Administration Medical Center, Denver Health & Hospital Authority, and National Jewish Health. The Highlands Ranch location will be a community-based hospital and medical office building complex tightly integrated with the University of Colorado Hospital and the School of Medicine. Our group of highly trained otolaryngology-head & neck surgeons offer a full range of adult and children's patient services.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
