Job Description

  • Supports the mission of TAMUCT, the Division of Student Affairs, and the Office of Student & Civic Engagement
  • Act as a receptionist in the office, greet and assist individuals and answer the phone, acting as a representative of SCE in support of programs and services for all members of the TAMUCT community.
  • Attend SCE staff meetings and events and supports all SCE initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director to provide support for student organizations
  • Participates in staff training and development
  • Assist with office projects and other duties as assigned

Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail oriented, strong customer service skills, leadership skills, efficient communication skills


Must be able to work a minimum of 2 consecutive hours

Physical Demands:

May sometimes be requested to carry, move, and store boxes heavier than 20 pounds.
