Advertised Job Summary: Primary duties are to assist the Allergy/Immunization and Travel Clinic with daily clerical and administrative support. Duties include answering telephones, scheduling appointments, filing, distributing and receiving mail, greeting customers and providing excellent customer service. Other general office duties as directed. Individual will also review, scan and enter immunization records in the Electronic Health Record. Individual will cross train to provide support to other areas within the health center as needed. Individual will assist with organizing and providing clerical duties with special programs such as New Student Orientation, English Program for Internationals (EPI), flu vaccine clinics and others as scheduled.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree or high school diploma and 4 years of related experience. Typical work week is Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during peak seasons (I.E. October, November, January, February, March, April). All staff rotate on Sundays 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm (typically 1 Sunday a month). Hours may be adjusted according to departmental needs.
