The Associate Director of the Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership (CWEL) Global Initiatives, leads efforts to strategically expand CWEL programming, research, and reputation worldwide which the two initial areas of growth being: the replication of the WIN Lab and the creation of the DIANA International Research Institute. The Associate Director is specifically responsible for developing the WIN Lab growth strategy; identifying resource and funding partners; scaling the WIN model nationally and internationally; managing the regional, national, and global WINecosystems; representing the WIN value proposition worldwide; and leading the creation and daily operations of the Diana International Research Institute growing it into a global platform for scholars, educators and practitioners devoted to the interests and advancement of women's entrepreneurship worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

WIN Lab:
• Collaborates with Babson faculty, CWEL team, WIN Lab Directors and key experts and stakeholders to continually develop and improve WIN Lab content and program experience.
• Develops and executes the WIN Lab growth strategy to include national and international phased replication of the WIN Lab accelerator model and value proposition. This includes active scanning and evaluating of internally and externally sourced replication options and making recommendations to the Executive Director for expansion execution and design.
• Builds strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders that support the WIN Lab growth strategy including brand-building partnerships, financial sponsorship, and in-kind services. Cultivates and manages WIN Lab relationships with external stakeholders including Babson alumna, women's entrepreneurship and economic empowerment organizations, academic and corporate partners, and mission-aligned professional organizations; identifies links between these stakeholders and WIN Lab activities.
• Works with the CWEL Executive Director, Director Center Strategic Initiatives, and Babson Development team to create and execute the WINLab fund raising strategy including identifying fund raising targets, building a durable and engaged network of sponsors and donors, creating a WIN Lab advisory council, and initiating and sustaining relationships that feed the fundraising prospect pipeline.
• Designs, tests, and executes revenue generation schemes to achieve first revenue neutral and eventually net revenue generating WIN Lab program operations. Innovations include corporate sponsorship opportunities, academic certification programs, alumnae programs, undergraduate programs, college & university WIN Lab Consortium model, modular WIN Lab experiences (weekends, week-longs, etc.), “boot camp” opportunities, and executive education programs.
• Supervises all WIN Lab locations including but not limited to: budget and personnel management (including recruiting, managing, and evaluating WINDirectors and staff); building a network of program supporters for each location including coaches, experts and speakers; and managing relationships with geographical strategic partners.
• Develops systematic approach to obtaining and reporting WIN Lab impact metrics and reports all metrics on a quarterly basis to the Executive Director. Prepares impact metric reports as required by internal and external stakeholders, funding sources, and program stakeholders.
• Works with Associate Director of Marketing to design and implement WINoutreach and media strategy; develops integrated marketing communications plans leveraging diverse tactics that support WIN Lab objectives; and creates the associated communications and thought leadership content needed to execute against it.
• Identifies strategic partners and initiates and maintains relationships with other ecosystem players through one-on-one meetings and other forms of communication. Builds women's participation in the entrepreneurial eco-systems within which WIN Labs are located by partnering with mission aligned stakeholders for programs and events.

Diana International Research Institute:
• Develops and executes the Diana International Research Institute growth strategy to build a comprehensive resource supporting research, education, and practice to advance women-led entrepreneurship worldwide.
• In collaboration with all appropriate Babson stakeholders, develops operations plan, funding strategy and phasing timeline to launch the full suite of Diana resources including but not limited to: the annual Diana International Research Conference, membership association, and teaching and research fellows program.
• Works with the CWEL Executive Director, Director Center Strategic Initiatives, and Babson Development team to create and execute the Diana International Research Institute fund raising strategy including identifying fund raising targets, building a durable and engaged network of sponsors and donors, creating a Diana global advisory council, and initiating and sustaining relationships that feed the fundraising prospect pipeline.
• Builds on existing Diana assets to create a global, fee-based membership organization for scholars, educators and practitioners. Develops member value proposition and benefit profile for each constituent group.
• Creates “international office” for Diana International Research Institute responsible for developing annual conference protocols, web and social media presence, and delivering on membership benefit package.
• Works with Associate Director of Marketing to design and implement DIANAoutreach and media strategy; develops integrated marketing communications plans leveraging diverse tactics that support Diana objectives; and creates the associated communications and thought leadership content needed to execute against it.
• Identifies strategic partners and initiates and maintains relationships with other women's entrepreneurship ecosystem players through one on one meetings and other forms of communication. Builds women's participation in the global entrepreneurial eco-systems by partnering with mission aligned stakeholders for programs and events.

General:
• Represents CWEL and Babson at external programs and events including national and international forums.
• Participates in CWEL team meetings and campus committees as appropriate.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
