Director of Dual Enrollment

Job description

Job Responsibilities

The Director, Dual Enrollment supervises and manages the day-to-day operations of the dual enrollment office and related programs. The Director, Dual Enrollment works to increase the number of credit students through public relations, recruitment, outreach, admissions, advising, coordinating recruiting events, and promoting the college to the public and prospective students. The Director, Dual Enrollment also coordinates and implements aspects of the Dual Enrollment Program in Laurens, Newberry, and Saluda counties, as well as all homeschool students in the region. The Director, Dual Enrollment works closely in all counties and school districts in the service area.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A master's degree in education, student affairs, counseling or related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of three (3) years experience working with technical education and/or public schools is preferred.

Additional Comments

Selected candidate should hold a valid driver's license and be able to carry up to 20 pounds. Requires a flexible work schedule. Position requires travel in the college's service areas and may require occasional overnight/out-of-state travel to attend trainings, workshops and/or conferences.
