Monitor open student computer lab. Assist students with computers, various programs, and financial aid statements and student schedules. Assist students with printing. Maintain printer. Responsible for making student/faculty/staff IDs and maintaining ID printer. Responsible for making off-campus student IDs. Responsible for student/faculty/staff parking decals. Compile daily statistics relating to usage and IDs. Cross-train and assist in the library as needed.
High school diploma; basic computer skills; excellent customer service and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree; completed coursework in Microsoft Office suite; experience with D2L course management system preferred.Additional Comments
