Provide advanced administrative support to the Chancellor and Chancellor's Chief of Staff. Manage correspondence, donor-related communications , and provide a range of advanced administrative and programmatic support to staff in the Chancellor's Office. Provide administrative and project support, as well as special research tasks associated with the work of the office. Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff to the Provost on select projects, as directed.
By the very nature and location of this position, the individual in this position is privy to confidential records and conversations that directly affect the employer-employee relationship referred to in s.111.81(15) Wis. Stats. As chief executive officer of the university, the Chancellor is responsible for and involved in management decisions and strategies that affect the bargaining process, employee organization and represented employees on the campus. The incumbent, therefore, is privy to materials, information and discussions directly related to these areas.
Monday - Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
