Position Summary: The Donor Services Data Analyst will dedicate his/her time to assist with the strategic coordination of critical data and information sharing including the donor and alumni database, a platform for broadcast email and event registration, the Medical Foundation website, and other resources as necessary; This position will also serve as a liaison between the Medical Foundation and University of North Carolina Development office as related to data management and information sharing; meet with leadership to identify priority programs to develop, support, and prospect for gifts for these programs with a particular emphasis on the administration of a grateful patient program; support grateful patient identification, cultivation and solicitation activities and stewardship efforts.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required
Qualification and Experience: 3+ years of business analysis and data gathering experience; database and prospect management skills. Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills; excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment; attention to detail and accuracy; creativity and problem-solving skills; high proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse constituencies, meet deadlines, be self-motivated, work independently, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities Must have a customer service oriented attitude, and the ability to be a team player with proven relationship and influencing skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues from a variety of internal and external functional areas. Must be a proven strategic and analytical thinker. Familiarity with Blackbaud CRM is preferred. Familiarity with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill preferred.
