The Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education is developing an applicant pool for part-time lecturers for potential employment during the 2018-19 academic year. Lecturers may be needed to teach the following courses or areas: Foundations of Public Health, Inequalities in Health, Multicultural Health Issues, Health Research and Analysis, Personal Health, Motor Skills Development, Fitness Applications for Health Promotion, Counseling for the Health Professions, Food and Society, Nutrition Care and Therapeutics, and physical education activity courses.
Applicants are required to hold a master's degree; PhD and college teaching preferred. A bachelor's degree and professional experience will be considered for some disciplines. Some courses require school teaching experience.
