Duties: Assume full responsibility for the coordination of research blood and other biological samples acquired from patients participating in studies coordinated by the Abramson Cancer Center Clinical Research Unit Staff. Draw blood samples, perform EKGs, and collect vital signs on research participants as needed.

Qualifications: High School diploma and 5 years of experience including at least 1-2 years in a healthcare setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Certified Medical Assistant strongly preferred. Clinical research experience and/or experience working as a laboratory technician are highly desirable. Must have effective communication skill as well as strong organizational skills. Flexible scheduling may be required.
