The department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an individual for administrative support for Angels Program.

This position ensures benefit and eligibility information is correct along with obtaining precertification for services for multiple outreach clinics.

Other duties may include: Maintain calendar of research participant visits including scheduling/rescheduling of office visits, lab visits, and CT scans.

Prepare and distribute weekly schedules to assigned Fellow and Nurse. Prepare lab requisitions for phlebotomist. Provide coverage for the OB/GYN Business Office.
