The Department of Internal Medicine, divisions of General Internal Medicine and Women's Health, seeks an individual to provide administrative support to the division.

Duties will include maintaining calendars, disseminating Division mail daily, maintaining office supply inventory, maintaining equipment and space inventory, providing support to division faculty and administrative staff, serving as back-up for bill payment, and other duties as requested in support of the division faculty and administrative staff.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Other days and hours as needed



Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

MS Word, Excel, Outlook, administrative experience, organization, attention to detail, multi-tasking, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in basic office principles. Self starter. Attention to detail. Able to work well with all levels of personnel (other staff, physicians, etc).
