Engineer Aide Senior

Job description

The Engineer Aide Senior takes administrative direction form the Planning, Design, and Construction Management Team and prepares drawings for Facilities - Campus projects and special design assignments; Completes drawings on-schedule; Ensures accuracy of drawings; Provides drawings and documents as needed for bidding and construction purposes; and Responds in a timely manner to requests submitted by architects and engineers.

In addition, this position observes and accurately documents actual field conditions that may impact project or engineering designs; Completes measurements, and takes photographs of all related field conditions; Collaborates and communicates field conditions to appropriate parties; Maintains Key Drawings; and Updates construction 'as-built' drawings and ensures submittal to Facilities Management Library.
