Job Description:

Learning Objectives:

Student will learn basic office management skills and protocol including getting students, using office equipment. Student will also have opportunity to learn about preparing to transfer to a four-year college/university, including assisting with application questions, FAFSA questions, navigating transferology.com and more.


  • GPA of 2.5;
  • Have completed at least 30 credit hours at Tri-C;
  • Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;
  • Full time student progressing toward a degree;
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress;
  • Adhere to college's confidentiality policy;
  • Successfully pass background/drug screening;
  • Above average skills interacting with people;
  • Ability to prioritize student transfer experiences by utilizing resources;
  • Assist with New Student Orientation, and Success Seminar as assigned;
  • Support students by promoting success and involvement;
  • Ability to make presentations as needed;
  • Other duties as assigned
