Duties: This position is responsible for management of the Parking & Transportation Office, including direction of the administrative operation and for ensuring compliance with revenue & operational policies/procedures.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, training & supervision; management of parking programs, including individual & departmental permits, mass validation & special event programs; customer service; reporting; and communications.

This position reports to the Associate Director for Parking, has two Customer Services staff direct reports, and oversights one aligned financial support position.

The position partners with BSD Finance and IT teams to support the financial, process improvement & technology goals of Parking & Transportation.

The incumbent also represents the Associate Director, Parking on committees and forums across university as required.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. At least 5 years supervisory experience managing transactional services; preferably with at least 3 years' experience working within a University or retail environment. Experience in operations & finance, with an understanding of IT environments. Demonstrated customer service resolution skills. Highly organized & detail oriented. Effective in managing priorities. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills. Proficiency in analytics, computer applications & understanding of data systems.
