Advertised Job Summary: The Graduate Admissions Coordinator will manage the recruitment for the graduate programs of the School of Library and Information Science (SLIS) and the School of Journalism and Mass Communications (SJMC), both components of the College of Information and Communications (CIC). This includes creating a recruitment strategy to meet the schools' enrollment goals. Graduate degrees in the college include the Master of Science in Library and Information Science, Master of Arts in Journalism, Master of Mass Communication, a joint Master of Mass Communication and Law, and Ph.D. programs in both Library and Information Science and Mass Communication, as well as graduate certificate programs.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Master's degree in Student Services or related field and 1 year related experience, or bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.
