Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Relations. Responsibilities: Teaching Human Resource Management related courses in the School of Labor and Employment Relations' Master's and Ph.D. programs. Conduct original, high quality scholarly research for publication in leading academic journals. Participate in School-wide service committees. Full-time position.
