Job Description
The Transportation Services Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Assistant Director, Parking to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

* Managing and overseeing front office staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided through verbal and written communications.
* Serve as a key member of the Transportation Services staff in giving presentations, serving on focus groups, problem solving, and sharing information with internal and external campus constituents.
* Provide management support and recommendations during the development and administration of the annual operating budget.
* Oversight of cash handling/maintaining compliance.
* Establishing and implementing documented procedures in accordance to university policy.
* Working with students to arrange payment arrangements.
* Plan and manage administrative functions in support of parking operations for campus events (i.e. Commencement, Move-in weekend, Football games, presidential events, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in related field and five years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
