ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT LEAVE MANAGEMENT
Duties: Support human resources leave management team by performing a variety of administrative tasks in the process of FMLA, short term disability and parental leave. Duties would include, but not be limited to: organizing and reviewing incoming leave paperwork and supporting documentation; maintaining physical and electronic leave records, including confidential medical certifications and time records; maintaining leave management system by entering and updating data for new and existing leaves; distributing email, correspondence, letters, notices and other appropriate leave forms; and providing customer service to University employees by responding to telephone inquiries and emails concerning missing documentation, approved leave dates and return-to-work forms.
Qualifications: A high school diploma and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
